The Christian-Net services above come with EMail Filtering. The email filter
scans incoming messages on your cnonline.net email addresses for viruses and
spam. Any messages that are blocked are saved in a Spam Quarantine.
You can control the strength of the mail filter and access the quarantine from
the Webmail area of the myHome page.
Any blocked messages will appear in the list. To release a message, or
several messages, follow these instructions:
Place a check mark next to each message that you would like to release.
Choose Release from the drop-down menu at the top.
If you would like to make sure these senders aren't blocked in the future,
choose the Release
+ Add To Whitelist option from the list instead.
Press Submit.
The messages you released should now be available from your Inbox.
